community sponsoring opportunities and advertising options linked to our community event.
Pagan Pride Day is a nationally organized festival, in which people of many Earth-based religions come together
to promote education, acceptance and understanding.
Northern Nevada Pagan Pride is a non-profit charitable organization.
We give back to the Earth and our community by collecting food (for people and animals),
raising money and collecting other supplies for local charities, as well as volunteering our
time and energy and helping out the environment in any way we can.
Each year we gather to celebrate our spirituality and our community. This year Northern Nevada Pagan Pride Day will
be held at Rock Park on September 10th. We will have multiple workshops showcasing and educating people on religious diversity and acceptance.
We actively encourage all Pagans, their families and friends, and any curious, respectful people to attend and find the commonalities in all our
respective belief systems.
Since we are a non-profit organization, we rely on donations to offset the costs of planning and running this event.
We are writing to you in hopes that you might have something to donate for our charity auction table, or perhaps you
would like to purchase advertising in our Event Program. Any donation is graciously accepted; however, donations in the
form of coupons or gift certificates are preferable, as we feel this will not only be easier for us to keep in our hands,
but more importantly it will bring those customers into your business. Donations are tax-deductible and we will gladly
send you a donation receipt verifying your donation. Please see our attached schedule of advertising thanks and additional advertising rates.
Since we are currently considered a minority group, Pagans are generally very grateful of any support or acceptance,
and tend to be very loyal to any company or business that supports and accepts our religious rights.
