Participation Contract for 2011

Northern Nevada Pagan Pride Day will be celebrating our 10th year at Rock Park in Sparks, NV. on September 10, 2011. Although we do not yet have a full outline of the event, we will have discussion circles, raffles, activities, and so much more.

Due to the economy, and some concerns expressed last year, we have decided not to charge an up-front fee for booths this year. Information only booths will be free of charge, and any booth that brings any currency into their booth will be expected to pay 10% of their day’s profit to NNVPPD. Booth participation will include your name listed in our event program. There is additional advertising space available; pricing is as follows:

There are public restrooms on site. Participants are responsible for providing your own shade tent/canopy, set-up display, table(s) & chairs. You cannot put stakes in the ground, so bring sand bags or water jugs to hold your shade steady, as there is usually a breeze at PPD. Please remember this is a family-friendly event and is at a public venue. We ask that you leave the area you use clean and in orderly manner after the event.

Pre- registration is requested for all vendors. Collection and payment of NV state sales tax is the sole responsibility of the vendor. The event staff, sponsoring groups, and/or the City of Sparks are not responsible for lost or stolen items or any damages incurred on the grounds of the event.
